Is it free?

Yes. Exporting the chat you have open to PDF, Markdown, text or JSON is free. Pro ($7/month or $49/year) adds the archive, search, bulk export and Word.

Does it send my chats anywhere?

No. It reads the chat on the page you are viewing only when you click the button, and saves files on your computer. There is no Orvix server. Pro status checks go to ExtensionPay, our payment provider.

Which sites work?

ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) and Claude (claude.ai). Gemini (gemini.google.com) is in beta. Gemini share links are not supported yet.

Some messages are missing from my export

Chat sites often load long chats in parts. The extension tells you how many messages were not loaded; click "Collect while I scroll" and scroll through the chat to capture all of them.

How do I get Pro after paying?

Close and reopen the extension's popup after checkout; Pro features unlock in that browser profile. If it does not unlock, email us with the email you used at checkout.

How do I get a refund?

Email media@autoquantix.com within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full.
