AI Chat Exporter: Privacy policy, terms and refunds

Short version

Your chats stay on your computer. We have no server, collect nothing, and sell nothing.

When you click its toolbar button on ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, it reads the chat shown on that page, in that tab, once. It does not read other tabs, other chats, or anything before you click.
If you start "Collect while I scroll", it keeps reading that one chat while you scroll it yourself, until you export, cancel, leave the page, or 30 minutes pass.
Pro: it reads the data-export files you choose with the file picker (from ChatGPT, Claude or Google Takeout).
It never opens, scrolls or clicks through your chats on its own, and never contacts the chat sites' servers.

In your browser's own extension storage (chrome.storage and IndexedDB) on your computer: your settings, the chat you are exporting, and (Pro) your archive and tags.
Files you export are saved where your browser saves downloads. They contain no tracking and no branding.
Delete everything at any time with "Delete the whole archive" on the archive page, or by removing the extension.

To us (Orvix): nothing. There is no Orvix server, no analytics, no crash reporting and no ads.
Payments (Pro only): checkout is handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), which uses Stripe. ExtensionPay stores your email and whether you have paid, and the extension asks ExtensionPay for that status. We never see your card. On Firefox, nothing is sent to ExtensionPay until you agree on the upgrade screen. See ExtensionPay's and Stripe's privacy policies.

Free: exporting the chat you have open to PDF, Markdown, text or JSON.
Pro: $7 per month or $49 per year, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time through ExtensionPay's subscription page (opened from the extension's Pro page) or by emailing us; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds: email media@autoquantix.com within 14 days of any payment and we refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Use the extension only for chats and export files that you have the right to save. You are responsible for following the terms of the AI services you use.
The extension is provided "as is". Chat sites change their pages, so an export can be incomplete; check important exports. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
